Chicken and Pork Adobo is easy to prepare... All you have to do is marinate the chicken and the pork separate with the same marinade... Then saute garlic and onions in vegetable oil. Followed by the pork and the chicken when the pork is almost cooked. This way the pork retains its flavors.. Then add a little more of the spices that should bind the two together.. Simmer.. When done, prepare rice servings in a bowl.. Top the rice servings with the Adobo and enjoy!!!
