When I arrived here in Manila, I was met with a very bad experience. My luggage was wrecked by CEBU PACIFIC. UGH!!! I wanted to complain about it but I was not able to do so because I was in a rush. Anyway, I took pictures of my broken luggage and I shall be adding them here.
Is it a sign of bad luck? No, I don't think so. However, I feel it is a sign that not all airport personnel and not all service oriented crew are really service oriented. Wait till I post the pictures...
