Dessert at Burger King

My sister was here in Manila since the 26th but we were only able to see each other on 27th. We ate at Burger King in Trinoma and we had this yummy dessert. Along with Chicken and Onion Rings.

I made it to the auditions...UP here I come!

I came back to Manila from my hometown after the elections, where in it was very time consuming and caused my stress during my 2 weeks vaction mode. I just made sure I will arrive on time for the auditions to enrol for the Certificate program in Thatre Arts in The University of the Philippines. Afterall, all the time and effort going back and forth to UP should pay off.  Auditions was scheduled on May 17, 2010 at exactly, 9:30 AM. However, since I thought it was a whole day audition as what I was informed about, I went to UP, Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts around 10:00 AM. Good thing I came the soonest possible I can because the panel were just waiting for two of us applicants to wrap up. I was really nervous thinking I had to perform a song from a musical that I haven't practiced on, a movement piece which I am not very good at, and a monologue that was assigned to us and the bad thing was i lost my copy because i got that copy way back April yet. Though bad things may result to my clumsiness and negligence to time...my knight and outstanding dancer was with me to support and back me up if the result were to be given out after the audition process.

Tick-tock-tick-tock not quite the sound i was thinking yet 10 minutes after I came out from Teatro Ylagan. It was a mixture of confidence and awkward feelings inside. I never gave it a thought that I'm not gonna get it because if the panel will not have me for performance, I can always do theatre management or technical theatre. I prayed to God for Him to give me this dream to come true; to a point that i even told God, I was never selfish with the talent that He gave, all I wanted was to develop it more to have an edge against other local artist in my hometown so I can share more to them and to the community as well. My passion for theatre arts will not end on that day though because two days later of restless sleep, I saw my name on the posted result. Huh! coming from a deep breath, I wanted to shout and celebrate...and until today, I am still not giving up with the process Im going thru to earn this. Work at the same time study at UP will be a blast and I am ready for the great adventure!

Oxidative Stress and Me..

I was looking for something else when I chanced upon www.oxis.com, I learned so much information from the site so I followed Oxis on Twitter and added myself at Oxis on facebook. You wanna know why?

I learned about oxidative stress and how to combat it using products from the site.For years, I have always been conscious and cautious as to the ill effects of  penny stocks & free radicals. From time to time, I would search on the latest and most efficient anti aging cream or solution, although I am not that old yet. I think I got this from my mom. But then, this concern for the skin and beauty is not at all that bad. We need to. We have to. It's all part of  life. And if you wanna live longer and have a happier, stress free life, then taking care of the body and the skin is important. For great opportunities spring even by simple having healthy skin.. 

Hurrah, I Won A New Domain..

The other day, my sister told us that Mommy Ruby is giving away domains for free, so through YM she gave us the link of Mommy Ruby's post so we can comment as fast as we could because it is first comment wins.  Farmville had to stop and give way for this, lol.. Lucky for  my cousin and I, we got our chosen domains. At last, our first domains we got for free.

Enjoying The Summer..

My vacation is almost over. I am going back to Manila to start with a new company after the Election Week. whew.. Anyway, right now, I am here at PPA Caltex 2, just beside Gaisano Mall for the grand opening and launching. It's nice to be here with my family and relatives.

Organizing a Trade Show

Arrived in Cagayan de Oro City at 1:35 in the afternoon. Upon moving towards the exit of the airport to meet my parents, I overheard two men talking that a certain politician is going to sponsor a trade show and that they are in need of trade show booths, some table skirts for the organizing committee's tables and some banner stands for specific banners within the inclusive dates of the trade show. And the other guy added that they should have a Pipe and Drape to divide each participant's booths to make it more classy and personal. Maybe they are the ones commissioned for the organization of this event. I wonder when this event would be.

Hmm.. I wonder who this politician is and why he is moving towards a different campaign approach  and strategy. Will they be giving away sample ballots during the trade show? That is perhaps too obvious if they will do that. Or maybe they will hang banners, tarpaulins and streamers of this said candidate. 

Anyway, if the people will get some good from the said event, then why not! After all, it should be the people who they should serve, and not their pockets. But the thought intrigued me until now.. I wonder..
