This post is simply something we all can do to support the cause. Breast Cancer has touch all of us. Be it a relative, friend or co-worker or acquaintance.
A lot of attention and focus, of course, is towards women. However, men are also stricken with this horrible disease.
I lost my aunt in 1996 to Breast Cancer. She suffered for years, alone, with "the secret". She did not tell anyone, family or friends. Only her doctor. You would have to have known my Auntie, to truly understand. She had her own way of doing things. We no longer have to live with "the secret" and lives are being saved. This is my way of honoring her memory.

Where To Buy Tramadol?
If you are looking to buy from the best licensed online pharmacies, I suggest you check out www.tramadolbluebook.com, which was founded by a medical doctor in 2006 to help consumers safely save money on pain relief drugs. It checks the credentials of online pharmacies and lets you easily compare prices of medicines particular to this post is Tramadol. It also allows you to order tramadol and take advantage of the tramadol overnight bluebook for your advantage.
Anyway, what is Tramadol? And what is it good for? Tramadol is actually an analgesic used for treating moderate to severe pain. According to my readings, getting a prescriptions in the time that you need them can sometimes prove complicated, especially when its late at night and you are not accessible to a pharmacy in your neighborhood. So it is bets that you enjoy the convenience of online shopping and getting your medications so that you get them the next day, and are able to begin taking them as soon as possible. There are many online pharmacies but it helps to know that you have contacted a legitimate one. For people with chronic pain, one day makes a big difference. Having the ability to get this medication at a more affordable cost, or even in larger quantities at once is a great, and when they can get it fast, it makes it all the better.
If you need Tramadol, do visit the site and check them out. They may be a big help for you...

CAST YOUR VOTE NOW... MTV EMERGE ROCKS!!!
I have a secret dream. I wanted to be part of MTV. I wanted to be a VJ... Such a dream to pursue is painstakingly time consuming, especially now that my focus is more on my job and the future family I will have, so I resolve to support whatever projects MTV will have. That's a better alternative, right?
Anyway, a friend of mine mentioned that his friends are part of the many unsigned artists waiting for the limelight to open for them through the newest platform of MTV. An MTV, Jeepney Music, and Department of Tourism collaboration that will take plight for unsigned artists to be heard and have wings to soar to stardom...

GOLD IS STILL IN

Anyway, speaking of gold, I have read online, that there are actually gold collectors who do not only buy gold jewelries, but they also buy hold coins to add to their collection. One particular site I saw is www.goldcoinsgain.com where gold coins and gold bullions are sold for collection purposes. I am amazed at this.. How about you?
I Miss Theater
Working here in Manila has staken me away from my theater family. Thank God for pictures and social networks, I am able to reminisce and be given hope at the sight of the photos of one day, performing again.. Theater is my life...

The photo above is me during ANAK+INAHAN performance. And the photo below is a remembrance of the end of our month long workshop that started my journey in theater...

That's Olga Natividad and Irma Adlawan, our trainers along with Nonon Padilla of Tanghalang Pilipino of the CCP..
Last year our theater group, Pasundayag Community Theater celebrated 10 years.. And thanks to the Panday Sining grant that me and my sister were able to enjoy, our lives have become very colorful...

Getting The Bag Lady a Personalized Duffle Bag for Christmas

From this photo, I learned from my sister Darling, that my sister Sweet's new name is now "The Bag Lady".. Well, it all started with the photo. She was the one who carried all their bags as they moved back and forth during the practice of Lili's and River's fun day at the Capitol Grounds, and while they were all busy moving about, she was busy sitting down. lol.. So our father told her to take all their bags and be the bag lady for the day..
On another note, my sister Sweet really likes bags. She loves to collect as many bags as she can. She has expensive designer bags as well as the crazy ordinary bags that can be found at the Ukay-ukay shops.. So with this in mind, I am going to give her a personalized duffle bag to add to her collection. It will double as a laundry bag once she sets out for her Psychia in Davao. Last year I gave her an insulated lunch tote that she still uses during her Nursing duties.. Ahh, the life of a Nursing student. She can definitely use all the bags that she can get, lol...

I hope River likes an Ezy Roller for Christmas
I found this really nice Christmas gift idea of giving my little brother an Ezy Roller for Christmas. Two years ago, I ordered from a friend of our family, four personalized pillowcases for him because he unusually likes them. He likes lightly rubbing on them as he sleeps. Both his hands and his feet. That explains why I gave him that, instead of buying him toys. And Lili also enjoyed the pink nap mat. This Christmas, each of them will be getting an Ezy Roller. Whew.. It took me a while to get that. Imagine, i's 42 days more to go before Christmas and I had to think really fast. Not to mention, put the budget altogether.
But I am okay on my end, except that last night, as we were talking, my sister Sweet and I, River was shouting at the background that he wants a walking doll... Oops.. Did I really hear that right? Or was it Lili? hahaha.. Ezy Roller it is!!!

I THEE WED...
When planning for a wedding, every bride and groom should never take for granted the most important part of all---documentation. Documentation for weddings is crucial because it will not only be viewed a day after. or a week after, or a month or a year after, but perhaps even after the couple have reached retirement age and grandchildren abound... That's why, it should be well prepared, properly sequenced or a good story line should be provided, should the couple reach the point of senility or Alzheimer's attack... So it is best to ask around if you do not know anyone to do the documentation for you. As for me, my friends suggested a very good weeding videographer that answers to the name of Buddy Gancenia.
Buddy Gancenia is a corporate, events, and wedding videographer who is able to offer wedding videography services in reality wedding video style. I am sure that if you have him during your most special day, it will be the biggest wedding video in the Philippines. With that fact alone, what bride wouldn't think of hiring Buddy to do her dramatic videography, with matching prenuptial takes and post wedding shots that would make her dream video for wedding truly a shining moment in her life....
For the brides to be, including myself, I know that we all share this sentiment of capturing the moment as it is the essence that will bind us to the commitment that we pledged on our wedding day. By that, I mean that with all the videos and pictures to document the bond, not to mention the legal and binding document that holds both the husband and the wife to the duties of their roles in this new partnership, along with their commitment to their children and the family that they will soon have, such documentation can even be used as evidence should something or someone would ruin or would try to break the bond. Ahh.. What am I saying here.. Wedding jitters?? hehehe...
Anyway, all I know is that, all my friends here in Manila recommends Buddy because he has already made his mark and his videos prove to be very good. To give you an example, I would like to show you the video below:

YUMMY SUNDAY: GINAMOS FROM INITAO

The food above is best sauted with oil or hard fat that is shrunken to a crunch, with pork bits added, plus tomatoes, onions and lots of garlic. I do not have a photo of the finished product. All I know that it is yummy partnered with saba or kamoteng kahoy, which are too rare here.
I miss Ginamos. That is salted fish in English. The photo is borrowed from my sister. She took that photo when she was at the Taboan at the Capitol Grounds a few months ago. She said she saw one pail and she was quite amazed because the ginamos from Initao did not smell fishy at all. So she bought a small bottle to send to me through my friend Bingbang when she came here in Manila three months ago. Unfortunately she forgot and saw the bottle in her cupboard just last week. And it smelled bad and bubbled, so she threw it away.. She only told me today as I was asking for it.. She promised, and due to old age (lmao) forgot.. Anyway, ate, you can still buy another bottle and send it through Toyang or Mikel if their plans of coming here will push through..

Sack Race (practice)

My sister told me about the LSC Fun Day on chat today. Oh how I missed so many events already. I missed the fun day, my father's birthday and of course, the Aguilar cousins tipok-tipok (gathering) at Oro Gardens during the weekend holiday starting Halloween night... Ahh..
Anyway, one particular concept that I really appreciate about the fun day is the fact that my brother and my niece and their classmates and school mates are able to practice, not only their numbers on stage, but also the games that they will be having during the fun day. The photo shows them during the sack race practice..
I was told that Lili fell and cried her heart out... when they reached home, my sister made her practice on their bed using the largest pillow case... that actually built her confidence for the actual fun day...
